Our client, Dudley Council is looking for a Social Worker to join their Adults team.

The post will be required to work with vulnerable adults, either in the community or in temporary assessment beds, undertaking assessments to identify their needs, achieve their goals and take control over their lives as much as possible, including building relationships and networks that maintain their independence. The role will also involve liaising not only with the individual, but also with their carer's and other interested professionals to ensure the best positive and least restrictive options are sought for the individual.

You will need to be:

Social work england registered
Eligible to work in the UK
Atleast 1 year post qualifying experience
