We are seeking a reliable and confident Part-Time Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across East London. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work within education, including graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively

• Support pupils with their work where appropriate

• Follow school policies and maintain a safe learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• A professional, flexible, and proactive approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
