This role is an excellent opportunity for and applicant who has experience in working with children and young people who have disabilities, or a qualified social worker with safeguarding experience.

The Social Worker role involves completing assessments to consider risk and need and in formulating care plans which are inclusive of the children's holistic needs and ensuring multi- agency working and responses is vital.

Our client works with children and young people and their families from 0 to 18 years of age providing short breaks, support to children subject to Child In Need Plans, Child Protection and also Looked After Children including court work.

you will need to be:

Social work england registered
Eligible to work in the UK
Atleast 1 year post qualifying experience
