Role Requirements

• Pay: £30 per hour

• DBS: Must have an up-to-date DBS check (DBS on the Update Service preferred)

• Subjects: Core Subjects (e.g., English, Maths, Science)

• Location: North Northamptonshire

Role Responsibilities

• Plan lessons and create resources tailored to each student's individual needs, covering core subjects and/or life skills.

• Deliver engaging, structured sessions that promote steady academic progress.

• Apply strategies that build confidence and encourage independence.

• Manage challenging behaviour with patience and professionalism.

• Track and monitor student progress, providing monthly progress reports.

• Incorporate outdoor learning opportunities such as exploring nature.

• Use visual communication tools where needed to support understanding.
