Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Consultant in Public Health - COVID-19 Lead to work within Wandsworth Council.

Job Purpose

To provide public health leadership for the response to COVID-19 and implementation of the Outbreak Control Plans. Managing a team of Public Health Leads responding to COVID-19.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Public Health in their role reporting to and supporting the work of Local Engagement Boards, Health Protection Board (Public Health Board), and Covid GOLD.

• Lead on Public Health activity relating to COVID-19 and the thematic areas in the outbreak control plans.

• Conduct needs assessments, action planning, commissioning and evaluation to tackle COVID-19 related public health issues.
