Role: PMLD - LSA (Learning Support Assistant)

Contract: Full Time (Temp Role)

Rate: £90 - £105 per day

Hours: 35 Hours Per Week

Location: Lambeth, South East London

We are looking for a fantastic PMLD Support Assistant in Lambeth to work with children You'll have to adapt your learning and make sure that you're able to support children who have difficulties with their learning. This position is a full-time, long-term role giving you the best chance to showcase your ability and land your dream permanent position.

  • A strong understanding of children with PMLD and severe complex needs
  • Contributing to support plans and strategies to meet the needs of each student

  • Supporting students with PMLD mostly on a 1:1 basis
  • Attend to pupils' personal needs, including social health, hygiene, first aid and welfare.

  • Contributing to support plans and strategies to meet the needs of each student.
  • Collaborating with staff, parents/carers, and SEN professionals.
  • Monitoring and recording student progress and achievements.

Standard Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN ideally PMLD
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
