I am urgently recruiting for an experienced Complex Needs TA to work 1-1 with a young boy who is in Year 7 and exhibits challenging behaviour. The ideal Complex Needs TA will be enthusiastic individual someone who has the ability to be firm and has strong behaviour management skills. This Complex Needs TA role will require someone who is strong emotionally as this role will come with daily obstacles.

This secondary SEN School is located in Greenwich they provide education to children age 11 - 16 who have SEN. They have a great team who support all members and make sure they receive the correct training and support.
