Post: Site Caretaker

Location: South London

Rate: 18p/h Umbrella (Can request PAYE)

Hours: 08:00-1600

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a diligent and renowned Caretaker to work with one of our biggest Education clients in London. The successful applicant must have previous experience in facilities and site management with excellent communication skills and a firm commitment to our school in every regard.

Caretaker Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a safe working environment
• Day-to-day maintenance, security and preparation of facilities
• Understanding of and the implementation of Health and Safety and Security protocols
• Flexibility and high standards of workmanship
• Proven range of maintenance and facility management skills

Requirements:

• Strong practical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience as a caretaker in a school setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
