Capital Works Project Manager

£250-£400 per day

Looking to speak with experienced Capital works Projects Managers to manage the delivery of improvement projects in Property Services and Compliance, starting with a Contingency Plan project. this is for an interim appointment working for a Local Authority based in West London.

Manage the delivery of projects within cost, time, quality and other performance targets. Identify and manage risks that are likely to affect delivery. Monitor programmes against requirements and maintain appropriate records.

Facilitate and manage meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders, including members and residents.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and other management tools. Manage the development of the design and the procurement and delivery of proposals. Manage legal and commercial agreements.

Contribute to an agenda of continuous improvement for Property Services and Compliance. Champion individual initiatives and projects.
