British Sign Language Level 3+ Learning Support Assistant - Lewisham South East London

Remedy Education are looking for a BSL to start in our lovely SEN school based in Lewisham. The role is starting ASAP on a full time long term basis.

You will support our SEND provisions that provide support for pupils with Hearing Impairment in the London borough of Lewisham.

The successful applicant will hold a Level 3 BSL qualification (Signature / CACDP) as well as practical experience of using BSL.

As a BSL LSA your role will include:

• Be the first point of call for the pupil
• Setting new learning targets
• Being a general support to the pupil
• Supporting the teacher as and when required
• Must have previous experience supporting pupils with hearing impairments
• Ideally have Level 3 in British Sign Language

The school is located in Lewisham South East London with friendly welcoming staff, the role starts ASAP on a full time long term basis.
