Build trusting, positive relationships to support students' emotional wellbeing.
Implement behaviour plans, restorative approaches, and de-escalation strategies.
Collaborate closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals.
Support a small class of up to 10 students across subjects including English, Maths, Biology, Art, Business Studies, History, PE, plus regular rewards and enrichment activities.
Promote a positive, structured, and safe school environment.
About You:
Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs, ASD, or trauma-informed challenges.
Skilled in de-escalation and behaviour regulation techniques.
Calm, patient, and able to stay professional under pressure.
A strong team player with excellent communication skills and resilience.
What We Offer:
A supportive, experienced multidisciplinary team.
