What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a primary or SEN school setting

  • A strong background supporting children with SEMH or behavioural challenges

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A calm, proactive, and empathetic approach

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

What's in It for You:

  • A supportive and inclusive school that truly values staff and students

  • Free lunch provided daily

  • The chance to make a lasting difference in young lives
