At Remedy Education we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join one of our leading secondary school in the Royal London Borough of Greenwich. This rewarding role, starting in immediately, and we want you to APPLY!!!

  • Position: Behaviour Mentor
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract: Long Term
  • Location: Greenwich, South East London
  • Rate: £100 - £120 per day

Behaviour Mentor | Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with classroom teachers and special education professionals to support students with challenging behaviour ranging from ASD and ADHD
  • Working in the inclusion unit within a Mainstream School
  • Implement behaviour intervention plans and strategies to address individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement effective solutions.

Behaviour Mentor | What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a behaviour mentor, counselling, or similar role within an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
  • A proactive and empathetic approach, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
