An 'Outstanding' graded Ofsted primary school based in the heart of Barking and Dagenham are looking for Behaviour Mentors to join their vibrant and high-achieving primary school for an ASAP start.

As an Behaviour Mentor, your job will be to support students with their academics, as well as supporting with their well-being.

This school is looking for a Graduate with a passion for teaching, looking to inspire students to find a love for the subjects too!

What will you do as an Behaviour Mentor?

  • Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically.
  • Run booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom across science related subjects - dependant on your subject speciality!
  • Support class teachers across different subjects and support students' development academically.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Must have a 1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University
  • Aspiring Primary or Secondary Teacher
  • Must be willing to go above and beyond daily for the pupils
  • Confidence is key throughout these roles/School
  • Must be a team player
