Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Team Manager to work within Wandsworth Councils Enablement Team.

Job Purpose

Team Manager required to manage Enablement Team within Discharge to Assess Hospital Service working closely with social workers, clinical staff and community health staff.

Requirement to be office based on a part time basis. Home working also available.

Experience of Care Act Reablement model essential as well as experience of working within a Local Authority. Candidate will need to have an excellent understanding of The Care Act and experience of working within a hospital service preferred.

Candidate will be responsible for managing small team of OT's and Senior OT. Team manager experience is essential for this post.

You will need to be:

SWE registered
