Job Purpose

• Supervises social workers and family support workers
• Manages the team in the absence of the team manager
• Chairs complex meetings
• Quality assures, C&F Assessments, CIN Reviews, LAC Reports, Child Protection Reports etc.
• Supports social workers and family link workers to develop new skills to enhance their professional development.

You will need to be:

• SWE registered
• Eligible to work in the UK
