Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Director to work within Surrey County Councils Early Help Team.

Job Purpose

Lead the development and delivery of a range of services which are focused on early help pathways, prevention and intervention to enable the council to discharge its statutory responsibilities effectively and improve outcomes for children, young people and families. Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop and deliver a universal Early Help offer that provides local, targeted, preventative, family support services that secure better outcomes for children and young people and more resilient families. Contribute to collective leadership of the council, working collaboratively across the organisation and with partners and stakeholders to support delivery of great services to residents.

You will need to be:
