The Role - Complex ASD Teacher

For this role, we are recruiting for an experienced and resilient Complex ASD Teacher to teach students in Primary or Secondary who have Special Educational Needs. The role will require you to teach a sensory curriculum to students who have Complex ASD and challenging behaviour. Due to the students' needs, the ideal Complex ASD Teacher will need to have strong experience working with children or young people who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum, have complex needs, challenging behaviour or PMLD.

SEN School - Complex ASD Teacher

This thriving special school is based in the London Borough of Southwark, catering for children aged between 2-19 years with profound and multiple learning needs, including complex medical needs, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and communication difficulties. They currently have 80 students who attend the school and an Ofsted rating of 'Outstanding' from their last inspection in January 2019. This SEN school also has good transport links and on-site parking available.
