Remedy Education are currently seeking a committed ASD Teacher to work within a school within Woodford Green.

We are looking for ASD Teachers who are currently looking for a long-term role to start ASAP. The ASD Teacher should have experience working with children with Autism (ASD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). It would be beneficial if the ASD Teachers can use PECS (Picture Exchange System) and know Makaton however this is not essential.

The school currently have two vacancies 1 x in the primary site, 1 x in the secondary site. They can support pupils with an array of complex needs such as: ASD, SLCN, Physical, Medical and Multi- sensory impairment. The school believes that it is essential that each pupil, is given an individual focus in order to create the best personalised pathway for each student. These school has fantastic facilities for both students and employees.

We are looking for ASD Teachers who is confident, resilient, committed, driven, flexible and someone who can take initiative. We are looking for ASD Teachers who are available to start asap.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with complex needs in either a mainstream or a special school.

The school is close to public transport links and local parking for staff.

Qualifications Required: QTS

Salary: £160 - £200 per day

Hours: 8:30 - 4:30 Monday to Friday
