After School Chef - Cooking Club Leader
Wandsworth
£15 - £17 per hour
Monday to Thursday, 3pm - 6pm
Remedy are looking for an enthusiastic After School Chef to run engaging and creative cooking sessions for children at a welcoming primary school in Wandsworth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves cooking and enjoys working with children. You'll be leading fun, hands-on sessions after school, teaching pupils basic cooking skills, kitchen safety, and healthy eating habits in an enjoyable and supportive environment.
The role:
Plan and deliver interactive cooking sessions for primary-aged children
Encourage creativity and teamwork in the kitchen
Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere for all pupils
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience working with children (schools, clubs, or workshops)
Be confident preparing and teaching simple recipes
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid Enhanced DBS
Be reliable, engaging, and passionate about food and education
This is a part-time, term-time role running Monday to Thursday, 3pm - 6pm.
