Job Description:

As an AP joining our Leaving Care Team, you will play an active role supporting the team of experienced social workers and Personal advisors who have children's rights inscribed in their hearts and young people's aspirations focused in their minds. The AP duties will include: Holding a small caseload Providing Critically reflective Supervision to PA's and practice guidance to SW's. Work alongside the management team with the quality assurance of PWP's. Be part of the Duty system Attend meetings with the AP group facilitated by the PSW. Attend meetings with the HOS; TM's and AP group Other tasks as necessary to support meeting the needs of the team and service
