Remedy Recruitment Group are currently looking for Advance Practitioner for Family Support and Protection to work within a fantastic borough based within East London. The role is starting ASAP and is an on going contract.

As a family support worker, you'll offer practical help and emotional support to families experiencing short or long-term difficulties. You will be expected to undertake regular caseload review meetings with individuals and families during home and community visits to ensure they're fully supported to progress and achieve desired outcomes.
