Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for an Adult Support Worker with experience within Learning Disabilities to work within a Local Authority based in West London. The ideal Support Worker will need to provide day to day support working with Adults with severe and complex learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour. Experience within this setting is necessary.

Job Description -

As a Adult Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting people with their goals based on their home environments or local community. Activities of support can vary from daily living skills, personal care, travel escorts, the teaching of independent living skills to assist with accessing community-based activities such as going to college, swimming, work placements and other social and leisure activities. The ideal support worker must experience supporting young adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism or complex behavioural needs.
