Academic Learning Assistant - Haringey, North London

Remedy Education are currently looking for an academic-based Learning Assistant to work collectively alongside the teacher to deliver the curriculum to a KS2 class of varying ability. This position will be based in a mainstream school in North London.

The successful candidate will provide additional support to some students with SEN needs (Learning Difficulties/Autism) but will not be set aside to work with these students on 1:1 basis.

Academic Learning Assistant:

• The position will be paying between £70-85 depending on experience
• Operating hours of 8:30 - 3:30 working hours with 30-minute lunch break
• A 10 minute walk from a Victoria Line station
• Excellent potential to go long-term and grow within the school

This position would be ideal for a recent English, Maths or Educational Studies graduate - or alternatively someone with a proven track record of working in and amongst the classroom.
