Rate: £90-£100 per day

Are you an enthusiastic 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant looking to advance your experience in Education. If you are, we have a fantastic opportunity for you. We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistantwho is willing to support key stage 2 pupils with ASD and ADHD with within a mainstream primary school.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting.
• Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.
• Ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
