The successful 1:1 ASD Teaching Assistant will need:
***A degree at 2.2 or above and good literacy and numeracy skills
***Strong communication skills
***Commitment to the care and progression of children with additional needs
***Some professional or personal (e.g. family) experience with children with SEN (Autism)

This 1:1 ASD Teaching Assistant role involves you supporting the progress of a KS1 child who has a statement of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). You will be supporting 1:1 during class time and during break and lunches to ensure academic and social development.
