This role will be to lead and develop the Local Authorities' Youth Offending Unit (YOU) Partnership and Specialist Team.

Successful applicants must have experience of supervising staff and attending meetings on behalf of the service.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all YOU clients get high quality high impact interventions that challenge and change behaviour and reduce re-offending.

You will also be responsible for the efficient and comprehensive co-ordination, and delivery, of all activities relating to specialists and seconded staff and partnership work.
