Youth Offending - Operational manager - North London

Remedy Social care are looking for a Youth Offending operational Team manager to join the Local authority based in North London.

The youth offending operational manager will helping to prevent offending by Children and young People.

The Ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Experience of managing a multi agnecy or multi disciplinary team
  • extensive post qualification experience in a statutory setting where the post holder was directly involved in the provision of services to young people or offenders
  • Experience of direct work with challenging and hard to engage children and young people.
  • Experience of direct work with offenders
  • experience of working within a statutory framework
  • a professional qualification in social work, probation, youth and community work, health, education OR relevant degree and experience of working with children and young people.
