Year 3 Teacher to start in September 2018

Remedy Teachers are assisting a lovely school in South East London with a Year 3 opportunity. This is a maternity cover, which is highly likely to be for the academic year 2018/19.

The School - London

This is a two form entry school located in a nice part of South East London. The school has a committed and established senior leadership team and my teachers tell me that this is a school where they are able to teach, not solely manage behaviour.

Person Specification - Year 3 Teacher - London

The successful applicant will be a qualified teacher. Unfortunately, the school can only accept qualified teachers as they do not have the provision to be able to help NQTs at this time.

You must be an excellent communicator, as you will be working closely with parallel class teacher in Year 3. You may also be asked to attend parent consultation evening at the end of the year.

Successful Applicants will be subject to references and an up to date DBS with update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS.

About the Role - Year 3 Teacher

You will be working closely with the other Year 3 teachers with team planning and the class also has some activities that are taught as a team. The class are well behaved and motivated and like to be challenged academically to keep them focused.

For the first half term, you will have the benefit of working alongside the present class teacher before she goes on maternity leave, so will receive an excellent handover.
