Year 2 Teacher - Primary School in Southwark, South East London
ASAP - 'Outstanding School'

Located in Southwark, South East London, an 'Outstanding' Primary school, searching for a dynamic Year 2 teacher. The Primary school are looking to appoint a passionate, talented and dedicated Year 2 teacher to start ASAP on a long term basis. The Year 2 teacher will be carefully selected and will hold specialist subject interests, intellect and ambition to develop as a teacher professionally. You will be teaching within a great team - planning is shared between the three Year 2 teachers.

This is a full-time, long term post for the Year 2 teacher employed.

Position: KS1 Teacher - Year 2 Teacher

Start Date: ASAP, Long term/Permanent

Criteria: suitable for a NQT or a teacher with experience

Location: Southwark, South East London

Type of School: Inclusive, high-performing, OFSTED 'Outstanding' Primary school

Pay Scale: £120 - £150 per day

The Year 2 Teacher will be:

  • Fully qualified with experience in a similar role or newly qualified (NQT - PGCE or SCITT)
  • Confident in their delivery of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
  • Driven to develop professionally, with the aim to take on responsibility, dependent on experience
  • Dedicated to nurturing strong relationships with staff, pupils and parents to raise aspiration and improve achievement
