Preparation or adulthood team
Qualified social worker needed to complete Care Act 2014 Assessments and Court of Protection applications.
Knowledge of the SEND, Mental Capacity Act 2005 together with skill and experience of making CoP applications is essential.
You will be part of an inclusive and supportive team, where you will be really valued and you will have the opportunity to shape and improve the services we deliver to our growing population.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
