An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and committed Assistant Team Manager who is passionate about delivering excellent services to residents based in Wandsworth Council.

In carrying out your duties you will apply your knowledge of immigration, human rights and social care legislation to ensure a first class delivery of service and case management


Responsibilities of the deputy team Manager:
- Providing case consultation and supervision in line with the organisations supervision policy and standards, to staff .
- Managing the work load of the specialist social work to ensure that the work is progressed in line with service objectives and that staff are accountable for their work
- Promoting professional standards and facilitating development of best practice within the unit, leading on initiatives across the service as appropriate.
