Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Un-Qualified Social Worker for a Rehabilitation Team for a Local Authority in East London.

Job Purpose

Fundamental to fulfilling the responsibilities of this post is the ability to respond flexibly, positively and successfully to the ever-changing pressures which local authorities face. This Job Description is a guide to the level and range of responsibilities the post-holder will be expected to undertake initially. • The post holder reports to: Team Manager / Senior Practitioner

• The post holder has line management responsibility for: Insert Job Title/s and number/s of direct reports and include any project or contractor management and temporary or shared supervision and any deputising role. It is good practice to attach an associated structure chart.

• The post holder will be required to work: Insert any Additional Requirements e.g. occasional requirement to work outside normal office hours / as required by their line manager up to 36 hours per week.

• The post holder has Financial/Resources responsibility for: Include budgetary building/capital resources and level of responsibility e.g. recording expenditure or managing a budget. Not every post will have a financial/resource responsibility and that being the case, should be stated here.
