• Working with children who are subject to Child Protection Plans and ensuring that Plans are progressed.
• Working with Child in Need Plans and ensuring plans are worked and progressed on.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working with vulnerable Children and Families
• Working in partnership with foster carers and link workers and other providers
• Undertaking comprehensive Court Core Assessments,
• Parenting Assessments with clear and concise recommendations
• Court Reports, Rule 14's, Child Permanency Reports, Final Care plans, Final Statements, RBS Analysis for Court. Providing evidence
• Section 47 inquiries
• Risk Assessments for risky adults or assessing levels of risks posed in relation to children
• Schedule 4 Assessments for private carers.
• Private Law-Section 7 and Section 37 Reports
• Confident in giving Verbal Evidence in Court.
• Implementing Child Protection plans to safeguard and achieve better outcomes for children.
