Pay Rate - £24 hourly

• To facilitate the completion of quality & timely major adaptations to home environments to meet the needs of disabled residents within council, private & housing association properties.
• To visit service users at home to ensure the environment is now suitable and ensuring that all information related to these processes is recorded and regularly updated.
• To build relationships with providers and joint partners and ensure that they are performing to agreed timescales and standards.
• To be responsible for the performance management processes, data collection and outcome monitoring within the Adaptations and Grants Service.
• To be responsible for identifying equipment that is no longer in use and ensuring it is recalled and recycled.
• To participate as a member of the … Team to undertake a wide range of Building Surveying Services, Specification writing Enforcement Inspections, Repairs Diagnostics and related Project Management duties.
• To proactively engage with customers, leaseholders, tenants and all related Council Officers such as Housing Management, Legal Services, Leasehold Services, Social Services (Adults & Children's Services) and the Home-Buy Team in the delivery an effective Property Service.
