Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within a Referral and Assessment Team for a Local Authority based within South East London.

Experience required

1. Experience leading, managing and motivating a team of people.
2. Experience conducting social care assessments for adults.
3. Experience translating strategy into action plans and revising and adapting these to reflect progress and in response to changing conditions.
4. Experience managing initiatives and projects from inception to implementation.
5. Experience of presenting cases to external bodies such as other authorities and legal courts.
