This role will be;

To lead, manage and co-ordinate the work of a multi-disciplinary Mental Health Assessment & Liaison Team to ensure the provision of high quality, effective service delivery.

You will be responsible for developing, delivering and improving services within a specified activity area of the personalised care pathway, taking into account the contribution of health and community partners and developing good working relationships with teams, services and partner agencies.

You will ensure that the principles of prevention, choice and control for service users and carers are embedded in the work of the team. Ensure that all risks are appropriately documented and managed, and to act immediately to reduce risk and address safeguarding concerns.

You will be expected to monitor the performance of the team against targets to ensure performance measures are achieved, and to ensure team caseloads are regularly reviewed through supervision of staff and with support of IT systems. To provide regular duty management cover on a rota basis.
