Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within a MASH Team in a Local Authority based in East London.

Job Purpose

• Manager required for the MASH service to operate and make threshold decisions

• To respect and appreciate diversity and promoting an understanding of diversity issues in social work practice.

• Ability to ensure that staff within the Social work unit respond in a timely manner to all contacts

  from children and their families

• To ensure that staff communicate effectively with children and their families, that the voices of children and families are heard, recorded accurately and appropriately considered as part of decision making.

• Demonstrable evidence of experience in dealing with complex situations in practice and being able to meaningfully move cases forward and secure positive outcomes for children.
