This Team Manager role will be for 30 hours a week and will be based in the Looked after Children team.

The role requires an individual;

• To ensure a high quality and effective social work service to respond to the needs of children and their families in a timely manner and within statutory guidelines.

• To assess need, plan and deliver focused intervention to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.

• To be fully accountable for all the work undertaken for children allocated to the Social Work Unit.

• To work closely with other Children and Family Support Centre professionals in order to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

• To offer consultancy, support, coaching and development to the Social Work Unit and the wider Children and Family Support Centre team members.
