Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within a Long Term Childrens Team for a Local Authority in East London.

Job Purpose

This role is within the Long Term team within the Local Authority, you will be required to hold cases from CIN to permanency. You must have previous management experience, experience of working in a LAC/CP environment and have experience of managing cases through care proceedings.

Systemic working is desired and you must be analytical and be able to think creatively.

You will need to have:

Experience of line managing a team of social workers who are front line child protection social workers

Previous experience of managing cases that are going through care proceedings

HCPC registration

Eligible to work in the UK
