Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within a Leaving Care Service for a Local Authority based in North West London.

Job Purpose

• To provide individual personal support and advocacy to young people based on assessment of their learning and personal development needs and the negotiation and agreement of learning and personal development plans
• To carry out specific tasks and duties in relation to complex cases where the case responsibility is held by an allocated social worker.
• To undertake these duties within agreed departmental service objectives, polices and procedures and to promote the Council's Equal Opportunities Policy

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
