Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Team Manager for a Leaving Care Team for a Local Authority in South London.

Job Purpose

The team manager will take operational responsibility for a team of social workers and personal advisers delivering the Council's statutory responsibilities for children and young people in respect of:

• The assessment and planning for children and young people
• Direct work with children, young people and their networks to achieve desired safety and well- being outcomes
• Promoting the achievement of permanence by children in care and care leavers through assessment and care/permanence/pathway planning

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
