Team Manager - Fostering Team- South West London

Our Client based in South London requires an experienced Team Manager to work within a fostering team in south west London.

The successful Team Manager should be comfortable working within a challenging and fast paced environment.

The role as a Team Manager Fostering Team

• Support the current Head of Service with Management Functions in the fostering team
• Support the alignment of policy and procedure between Richmond and Kingston and Royal Boroughs of Windsor and Maidenhead.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a Management role in a Fostering Service required.
• Supervising Fostering Social Workers in the recruitment, assessment and support of foster carer.
• Promoting the welfare of children placed with foster carer.
• Providing a positive leadership and management to the team as well as creating a skilled, trained and motivated workforce

You will need as the Team Manager

• HCPC registered
• Eligible to work in the UK
