Team Manager - South Gloucestershire Council - Duty & Assessment Team - Up to £41ph + Negotiable!

Full time immediate start Team Manager required, ideally previous experience managing in an assessment team would be highly desired.

We are unable to wait for long notice periods due to the urgency of this role.

Contract likely to be 3 months covering absence, but may be extended subject to needs whilst awaiting permanent managerial starter.

Working in a Service of 4 Response Teams (Duty and Assessment) and a Access Team for initial referral screening.

Team operates on a 1 week on duty and 2 weeks conducting visits and write ups (aiming to move back to 4 distinct teams and a 1:3 rota ASAP), managers may be required to be on site periodically (BS37 5AF), but as a council we generally operate a hybrid model of working for the foreseeable future.
