Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within a Children with Disabilities Team for a Local Authority based in South London.

Job Purpose

• Assessing children and young people with regard to their additional communication needs and advocating for children and young people.
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach and service to all clients
• Supporting parents to understand the effects of the disability and assessing parenting capacity and attachment difficulties
• Safeguarding children and young people at risk of abuse and neglect and enabling their voice to be heard

About you

• Experience of working as a Team Manager
• Experience of working with a Childrens team
• Enhanced DBS
• Full compliance required
