Looking to recruit an experienced Children Services Team Manager to join the Assessment Team based in an East London Local Authority. As the manager of a front-line team, you will need to ensure that children and families receive assessments and services relevant to their needs and that the highest professional standards are applied and managed within budget.

Requirements for the role;

• Experience in managing a front-line Children's team
• Qualification within Social Care
• Registered with the HCPC

Council Offer;

• Salary up to £50,442
• £5,000 Welcome Allowance
• £15,000 Retention Allowance paid on 3rd year
• Annual leave up to 30 days
