This is an operational management role within Children with Disabilities. The role will involve;

• Managing advanced practitioners who in turn manage social workers
• Ensuring consistency in decision making
• Ensuring statutory procedures are adhered to
• Reviewing complex cases and completing audits
• Ensuring court work and social work assessments are completed in a timely manner and address concerns and risks whilst offering a holistic view of the child and family
• Managing staff to achieve best practise with a child centred approach
• Using systemic practise to identify patterns and alternative approaches so that change can be achieved for families to improve the child's lived experience
