My client at the London Borough of Newham is currently recruiting for a Team Manager to join their Assessment and Care Management Service, within Adults Social Services. This Role will require you to;

• Lead and manage a team of qualified and non-qualified staff in the delivery of high quality assessment, support planning, brokerage, review and enablement services.
• Providing direct line management to senior practitioners and senior enablers and to hold professional responsibility for qualified and non-qualified staff providing services to adults to safeguard and promote their welfare.

Requirements for the Role

• Post Graduate Diploma within Social Care
• Registered with the HCPC
• Completed your ASYE if qualified post 2012

This vacancy will initially be for 3 months, with opportunity for extension after.
