Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within an Adoption Team for a Local Authority based in South West London.

Job Purpose

• To undertake family finding for specific children in accordance with policy

• To recruit, train and assess prospective adopters in accordance with regulations and standards. To support them pre and post placement.

• To write and present reports to the Adoption and Permanency panel, court and other forums.

• To work collaboratively with colleagues within the local authority and from other statutory and independent agencies

• To assess, provide and review adoption support.

• To provide support to birth parents pre and post placement.

• To help to set up children and adult support groups and training sessions in response to need.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
