Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to work within a MASH service for a Local Authority based in South West London.

Job Purpose

The Single Point of Access Team (MASH) is 'The Front Door ' for Early Help, Children's Social Care and CAMHS. The Role Of the Single Point Of Access (SPA) is to make decisions about levels of need based on all the available information. Referrals come from a range of different agencies with the highest number coming from Police, Health and Schools.The expectation is that decisions are made within 24 hours and feedback is given to referrer within 72 hours.On average SPA receive 1250 child referrals a month, 5-10% of these will be referred to Safeguarding Team, 80-90% will be referred to Early Help or universal services.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
